Cut Wrappers for Tubing
General guidelines: the red line represents the distance from the end of the tube to where you could place the wrapper. This amount is also up to you! You can increase or decrease the distance if you'd like for a custom fit.

The blue line is a positional-degree reference; where to place the wrapper about 360 degrees of the tube. Generally it will have you line the blue line up with the outside radius. Again, you may tweak this as you see fit for custom fitment.
Some grinding work may be required after the cut. These cut wrappers are GENERIC guidelines!

If you are cutting a tube at BOTH ENDS, place BOTH CUT WRAPPERS on each end as they may reference each other! Place the red line equidistant from the end of the tube on both ends for a PARALLEL fit to your base/reference tube.

Weld-It-Yourself Rock Sliders:

Round to Square for 0 Degree Angle
Note: The red lines measurement is ONLY a suggestion. It is up to you how much length you want to cut off! Print TWO of these and put them at each end of the double bend tube. Print ONE of these for the bent end of the long tube!

Round to Square for 15 Degree Angle

Note: The red lines measurement is ONLY a suggestion. It is up to you how much length you want to cut off! Print TWO of these and put them at each end of the double bend tube. Print ONE of these for the bent end of the long tube!
